Position Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Future Opportunities (2026)

Employment Status: Full-time; Permanent

Compensation: January 2026 Rate: $75,022.79-$92,889.33 as per Collective Bargaining Agreement (OPEIU). Once ACA certified, to receive a $1741.22 / Monthly ACA premium applied as applicable up to the annual amount of $20,000.00*

Our Base Locations: Sudbury, Toronto, Thunder Bay, London, Ottawa, Sioux Lookout, Timmins, and Kenora. To note: As this is not a touring position, candidates must live or be willing to relocate within close proximity to the base location.

Hours of Work: Rotating day shift patterns. May be required to work various shifts and overtime, including days, weekends, statutory holidays, and on-call in a 24/7 environment.

Skills and Qualifications: Include, but not limited to, the following minimum skills and qualifications: Must hold a current and valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 license. Experience AW139 or PC12 considered an asset. Must have a valid driver's license in good standing. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and e-mail. Valid Canadian passport or ability to work in Canada and ability to travel to the U.S.A. Ability to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identity Card in accordance with the Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program regulated by Transport Canada.
