Description

Job Summary: Performs all duties associated with file work & data related to onboarding new business for Orgill.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists RDMs with collecting, organizing & analyzing the customer's cross-match file in preparation for the pre-visit.
  • Works with Point of Sale providers to collect customer data associated with upcoming conversion projects.
  • Works with Point of Sale providers to coordinate conversion implementation dates, training sessions, etc.
  • Regularly updates sales and field teams regarding status of any pending Point of Sale conversion projects.
  • Formats & analyzes customer's cross match file to assist Retail Development Manager in the identification of core Focused Assortment Planning & Smart Start opportunities.
  • Assists with file manipulation in preparation for Dealer Account conversion project implementation.
  • Assists RDM in identifying and developing the opening stock order for the customer.
  • Assists with the reconciliation of buyback and opening order data after conversion implementation is complete in order to secure buyback funds as efficiently as possible.
  • Assists with any other file or data-related work dealing with a Dealer Account conversion project as requested by Retail Development Manager.
  • Assists with preparation, set up & event participation for Orgill's semi-annual Dealer Markets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office Products to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • Requires travel as deemed necessary.
  • Regular on-site, in-person attendance is required.
