Operational And Administrative Assistant
Organon is seeking an experienced Operational And Administrative Assistant to join the Organon team in Romanian Organon Office.
The Operational And Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring, executing office processes and coordinating processes for sales and marketing activities, day-to-day administrative stuff, external/internal communication, organizing internal meetings and general bookkeeping assistance for Organon affiliate.
Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure whole administrative support to the Country Lead, Marketing Managers, Representatives, Commercial, Market Access, Compliance Teams to support processes driven by local Organon affiliate.
- Prepare and archive business related documents (e.g. purchase orders, contracts with HCPs, contracts with vendors, briefing papers, reports) for processing of approval, monitor and approval of local activities.
- Make orders and allocation to correct account number, ensure smooth purchase to pay process and archive all necessary documentation to orders, submitting new vendors in COMET/SAP.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events schedule upon request.
- Support required reports to local authorities (e.g. OGYEI) and responsibility for other official reports upon Policies and Procedures.
- Acquire working knowledge of department technology tools (e.g. VEEVA, COMET/SAP, Concur, Coupa, Appian, TeamSite) and knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Communicate and cooperate with cluster/international colleagues.
- Assist with any additional duties, responsibilities or special projects as requested by the Line Manager / other managers or Managing Director.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills.

- Solid knowledge Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Project Management experience.
- Ability to deal with wide variety of sensitive and confidential matters.
- Demonstrate high responsibility, professionalism, meticulousness and attention to details in all matters including multitasking.
- Have a compliance mind-set with strong focus on adherence to industry guidelines, Company policies and financial transparency.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and to manage high workload to work well under pressure.
