Senior Specialist, Financial Planning And Analysis Global Support Functions Center Of Excellence

Job Title

The position is responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the Global Support Functions (GSF) and Corporate divisions.

Responsibilities include:

• Monthly financial closing and reporting support activities
• Development of capital and depreciation forecasts
• Support the development of P&L budget and forecasts
• Evaluate, build, and implement new processes and tools
• Enterprise savings support & analysis
• Business case support
• Process simplification support

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• BS/BA degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum three years of operations or finance experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop, evaluate, organize, direct, and deliver on operational objectives
• Ability to drive continuous operational improvement
• Sound and balanced judgment; ability to assess and manage risk; decisiveness
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in synthesizing data and visualizing in executive presentations
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Strong financial acumen
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Process improvement orientation, innovative change agent
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build internal and external relationships

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

• Advanced degree/certification such as an MBA or CPA
• SAP/SAC/EDW skills
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or related organization

Travel: Less than 5% International Travel.
