Global Talent Services Specialist – Immigration Support

Ready to make a global impact while helping people feel truly welcomed?

We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating smooth, supportive experiences for candidates, employees, and hiring managers.

This role starts off as a Global Talent Attraction Coordinator, where you will be the friendly face behind interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding magic. Then, you will move into an Immigration Specialist role, overseeing U.S. immigration matters, with the opportunity to take on global immigration responsibilities in the future.

What You'll Be Doing

Phase 1: Talent Attraction Coordinator

  • Be the behind-the-scenes hero for our hiring teams, prepping job requisitions, scheduling candidate interviews, and crafting offer letters.
  • Guide new hires through their first day at Organon, making sure they feel part of the family from Day One.
  • Keep things running smoothly by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing a great new joiner onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate background checks and ensure our HR applicant tracking system (workday) is up to date and ready for the first day of the new hire.
  • Be the go-to expert for end-to-end hiring administration and candidate experience.

Phase 2: Immigration Specialist

  • Manage immigration cases internally, tracking progress, prepping documents, and keeping everyone updated on progress.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for visas, work permits, and residency applications, making the process as stress-free as possible.
  • Stay sharp on immigration laws and partner with legal experts to keep everything compliant.
  • Be the bridge between our people and our legal partners, solving issues and smoothing out delays.

What We Require Of You:

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in HR, Shared Services, or customer care.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with immigration processes and documentation.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; you listen, you care, you deliver.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and ideally Workday.

Nice to have:

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Experience with U.S. immigration processes and documentation
  • Experience working across cultures and countries.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and make smart decisions.
  • A proactive mindset, you know when to escalate and when to solve.

Why You Will Love This Role

You will be part of a team that's all about people, helping candidates feel welcomed, supported, and excited to join us. You'll grow your skills in both HR and immigration, work with global teams, and make a real difference in someone's journey.
