Especialista de Servicios Administrativos de Market Access / Comercial

Provide strategic, administrative, and analytical support to the Market Access / Commercial area, ensuring the efficient management of processes, the generation of reliable information, and the monitoring of operational, financial, and regulatory risks, through the development of dashboards, controls, and reports that support decision-making and regulatory compliance of Organon Colombia.

Support strategic and administrative

• Support the operational execution of the Market Access / commercial strategy in Colombia.
• Manage information related to contracts, agreements, access models, and value models.
• Coordinate the administrative follow-up of initiatives with EPS, IPS, logistics operators, and third parties.
• Ensure the correct documentation, traceability, and archiving of processes in the area.

Analytics, reporting, and dashboards

• Design, maintain, and evolve Market Access dashboards that integrate:
• Access and coverage indicators
• Status of contracts and agreements
• Key risks (KRIs) and controls
• Financial and portfolio indicators
• Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of information.
• Prepare executive reports for local and regional leadership.
• Automate periodic reports and follow-up processes.

Data governance and continuous improvement

• Establish data governance standards for the Market Access / Commercial area.
• Support initiatives for process improvement, operational efficiency, and internal control.
• Document process flows, procedures, and lessons learned.

Decision-making support

• Generate analyses to anticipate access risks and opportunities.
• Support the evaluation of the impact of strategic decisions from a risk and sustainability perspective.
• Contribute to a culture of risk management and strategic use of information.

Education, experience, and required skills

Academic training

Professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Health, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year in similar positions.
• Experience supporting areas of Market Access, Commercial, Reimbursement, Finance, or Planning.
