- Motivate & coach by nurturing a supportive and inclusive team atmosphere, celebrating wins, and addressing challenges constructively.
- Improve engineering excellence by leading code reviews, championing clean code, promoting technical ownership, assure quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to shape ORFIUM's strategic direction in the entertainment tech space.
- Develop yourself and others by staying current with technology trends, tools, and leadership practices, and applying them thoughtfully.
