Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services

This position is in Acute Care and supports PT, OT, SLP and onsite. Providence offers a fantastic benefits package which include but is not limited to:

The Rehab Supervisor manages the daily activities of staff in multiple patient care environments. Monitors services, programs and practices to ensure high quality services are provided to internal and external consumers. Provides skilled discipline service therapy to patients/clients presenting with a wide variety of ages, diagnoses and disabilities. Assists in the development of new programs and services. Participates as a member of the regional Rehab Services management team and supports/guides the accomplishment of targeted regional objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Accredited professional program in the specified discipline service (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology or Speech/Language Pathology). Or
  • Master's Degree Accredited professional program in the specified discipline service (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology or Speech/Language Pathology). Or
  • Doctorate Degree from an Accredited professional program in the specified discipline service (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology or Speech/Language Pathology).
  • Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License Or
  • Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License Or
  • Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist Permit
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check for this position
  • 5 years Experience working as a therapist.
  • 2 years Experience with management/leadership responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Upon hire: Membership in the national, state, or local professional association
  • 2 years Supervisory experience.
