Signal Processing Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Signal Processing Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of signal and system theory, a solid foundation in mathematical analysis, and experience applying machine learning and AI techniques to test and measurement systems. You will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of algorithms and systems that process complex signals in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement signal processing algorithms for various applications.
  • Apply machine learning and AI techniques to enhance test and measurement systems.
  • Analyze system performance and optimize for accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Leverage parallel computing techniques to accelerate algorithm development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate signal processing solutions into larger systems.
  • Conduct research and stay current with advancements in signal theory, mathematical modeling, and AI.
  • Document designs, experiments, and results clearly and effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong theoretical understanding of signal and system theory, including linear systems, Fourier analysis, and filtering techniques.
  • Solid background in mathematical analysis, including calculus, linear algebra, and probability theory.
  • Experience with machine learning and AI, particularly in the context of test and measurement applications.
  • Knowledge of parallel computing concepts and tools (e.g., multithreading, GPU programming, distributed computing).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C/C++.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and parallel computing platforms (e.g., CUDA, OpenMP).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 79,300.00 - 147,300.00
