The Sales Engineer will serve as the technical voice on the Sales team, combining technical expertise with sales skills to effectively sell complex products and services. This role involves understanding product capabilities and client needs, preparing and delivering technical presentations, collaborating with sales teams, and providing pre-sale support through labor estimates for customer RFQs. The Sales Engineer bridges the gap between technical solutions and client requirements, explaining features in terms of business value and ensuring solutions meet customer challenges.

The Sales Engineer will work primarily in the Sales area of the Hillsboro facility, with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor. The manufacturing operations are located on the bottom floor, while the Sales team occupies offices on the top floor. The engineering team is composed of about eight engineers, fostering a small company culture rather than a large corporate environment.

Pay and Benefits:
