Program Support Assistant

The Asst-GME Program with minimal supervision, provides a wide variety of administrative and secretarial assistance for the Regional GME office. The Asst-GME Program coordinator also completes onboarding for visiting residents, medical students, fellows, physician assistants and advanced nursing students who come to Providence Health & Services Oregon region campuses from other institutions for educational rotations with the Medical Staff members. This includes collecting documentation for background checks, health screens, drug screens and all other HR related documents. Supports and contributes to the operational effectiveness of the Regional GME Director and the Regional Graduate Medical Education department by providing administrative support.

Required qualifications:

  • 2 years of Administrative office experience.
