Product Operations Manager

Oracle Health & Life Sciences Operations organization is hiring a Product Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, approval, launch, and adoption of population health products and features across global markets. This role drives cross-functional alignment across product, sales, marketing, finance, medical affairs, legal, regulatory, and compliance to ensure every commercial and customer-facing implication is addressed before release. You will streamline field communications and enablement for Provider, State, Nation, and Payer segments; build the operating cadence, dashboards, and KPI reporting for GTM execution; and escalate risks and approvals to accelerate time-to-market. You will be part of a team that coordinates Product, Sales, Services, Support, and Regulatory so the right work happens in the right order enabling predictable adoption. Success looks like cohesive external narratives, consistent release quality, global readiness, and measurable adoption across segments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Orchestrate end-to-end release governance: scope, approvals, readiness, launch, and adoption for Pop Health products/features across markets.
  • Build and run the GTM operating model: delivery timelines, stage gates, RACI, risk/issue management, and executive status reporting.
  • Lead field communication and enablement: create release briefs, value narratives, FAQs, and playbooks; drive readiness sessions and feedback loops.
  • Coordinate commercialization readiness: packaging, pricing, SKUs, orderability, contracting/terms, and billing enablement in partnership with Finance and Legal.
  • Integrate cross-functional stakeholders (product, sales, marketing, regulatory, compliance, medical affairs, privacy, InfoSec) to ensure global approval pathways and auditability.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are incorporated early, with clear handoffs to approvals and evidence requirements.
  • Define and track GTM KPIs (readiness, launch quality, adoption, revenue ramp, customer feedback) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a transparent single source of truth for deliverables, decisions, risks, and dependencies across segments and markets.
  • Normalize and channel field insights to product and regulatory teams to inform prioritization and market-fit decisions.
  • Standardize artifacts (success criteria, release checklists, business cases, collateral maps) for repeatable, scalable launches.
  • Partner with marketing on messaging alignment and with customer-facing teams to ensure consistent external storytelling.
  • Support global market coordination (Provider, State, Nation, Payer), accounting for localization, contracting, and compliance nuances.
  • Provide clear "what's available now vs. what's coming" visibility, including slot dates and named owners, to enable predictable customer adoption.
  • Ensure training plans are scheduled and delivered by product teams; keep sales messaging, demo flows, and collateral current for each release.
  • Safeguard clean, documented handoffs across contracting, onboarding/upgrade, Day 1 & Day 2 services, and Support, with a shared "definition of ready."
  • Use proximity to customers and field to surface risks early, align decisions quickly, and close gaps before they become escalations—without becoming the implementer of record.

Job requirements:

  • 6 - 10 years of technical program/product operations experience in healthcare or enterprise technology.
  • Proven success orchestrating cross-functional GTM in compliance-driven environments (population health strongly preferred).
  • Executive presence with clear, concise communication; comfortable leading decision forums with product, sales, finance, legal, and regulatory.
  • Ability to convert raw data into insights, actions, and decisions; strong KPI design and dashboarding.
  • Demonstrated skill in coordinating commercialization (packaging, pricing, SKUs, contracting, orderability) and field enablement.
  • Experience supporting Provider, State, Nation, and Payer segments; familiarity with market-specific nuances and readiness needs.
  • Strength in driving structured release governance (stage gates, risk/issue management, RACI, decision logs).
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and aligning multiple teams to clear slot dates, owners, and a shared "definition of ready."
  • Track record of streamlining complex details into simple narratives, playbooks, and repeatable processes.
  • High integrity with a focus on security, privacy, and compliance best practices.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
