Collaborate across domains to provide technical leadership for designing, building, and optimizing platforms that support the delivery, scalability, security, and reliability of applications and services. Responsible for implementing best-in-class cloud-native solutions, automation, and DevOps practices and also shape technical strategy and standards to ensure the organization’s platform infrastructure meets evolving business needs.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience, required. Master’s degree, preferred. 5-8 years of software industry experience, preferably in a leadership role in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure management, required. Advanced skills using programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, Go, Bash, PowerShell). Expert-level knowledge and experience of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native architecture. Advanced certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, or similar). Experience with service mesh, API gateways, and microservices architecture. Experience with cost management, budgeting, and capacity planning for cloud services. Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions and Runners, Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and IaC frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). Strong hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Azure App Insights, or similar. Strong hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, GKE). Advanced knowledge of networking, databases, and system administration. Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, Splunk). Track record of implementing security best practices and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues under pressure. Ability to work independently as well as lead collaborative working sessions with internal teams and 3rd party engineers. Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $77,968.80 - $115,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
