The WSP Pacific Northwest Earth and Environment (E&E) Service Line Leader for our Environmental Impact Assessment and Permitting (EIA&P) team is a key member of the Pacific Northwest leadership group. This role is responsible for meeting the annual business plan goals for the EIA&P team and supporting development and implementation of the business plan in the Pacific Northwest. The Service Line Leader drives business development and service delivery through successful execution of WSP USA's strategy, focused on our four pillars of success: People & Culture, Clients, Expertise, and Operational Excellence. The Service Line Leader role is a hybrid role, providing people and operational leadership while remaining engaged with projects and client delivery. Direct reports will include Team Leads within the EIA&P team.

Key performance indicators include net revenue, Organic Growth, DSO, Direct Labor Multiplier, Utilization, Backlog, Health and Safety Metrics and Employee Engagement. This role requires the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring that both short-term initiatives and long-term growth objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate will work out of one of our Washington, Oregon or Idaho offices and will integrate cross-functional expertise, coordinating resources effectively and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Through proactive stakeholder engagement and a commitment to best practices, this position is instrumental in shaping a dynamic, responsive team environment that adapts to evolving market demands.

Compensation: Expected Salary (WA Only): $147,800 - $215,600
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
