Local only position available for a Medical Services Coordinator in the day shift. The contract length is 15 weeks with a possibility of temp-to-perm. The schedule is either Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday with flexibility required. The position requires 40 hours per week and starts as soon as possible. The pay range is $25–$28 per hour for non-bilingual and $27–$30 per hour for bilingual.
Requirements include an active LPN license and a bachelor's degree. A minimum of one year of public health employment, including care coordination, health administration, and/or direct clinical care is required. Experience with EHR, coordinating with medical providers, and residential setting experience are preferred. Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred and a proficiency test will be required if applicable.
