We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is central to the execution of key product launches and marketing campaigns, acting as a critical link between cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex projects, creating compelling strategic presentations, and providing high-level support for client-facing engagements.

While this role has no direct reports, it requires a strong leadership presence and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. (This is not a remote position. On-site presence is required Monday through Thursday, with Friday being flexible for remote or in-office work.)

Travel: Approximately 20% domestic travel, with occasional travel to Canada. Flexibility will be considered based on the candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Project & Campaign Management
  • Lead project management for key product launches and marketing moments, including scheduling and running recurring meetings, managing timelines, and maintaining project management tools (calendars, workback schedules, run-of-shows).
  • Develop and maintain account strategy presentations, with a significant focus on creating clear and impactful PowerPoint decks (approximately 3-4 per week).
  • Build comprehensive go-to-market decks for seasonal sell-in and post-launch recap meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, planning, and other cross-functional partners to ensure strategic alignment on all launch deliverables.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain organized SharePoint sites and folder structures for all major launches to improve team efficiency and information accessibility.
  • Marketing & Client-Facing Support
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for key client meetings, including coordinating team dinners and events.
  • Plan and track marketing documents and GTM milestones with partners, including influencers and community teams.
  • Create and manage content calendars in partnership with account leads and digital teams to support "always-on" organic storytelling that aligns with the paid media plan.
  • Ensure brand message cohesion and consistency across all Lifestyle Channel accounts.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all external meetings and communications.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Build, track, and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for key launches to measure success and report on performance to leadership.
  • Establish and standardize best practices and templates for the team in collaboration with Marketing Operations, Events, and Retail Marketing.
  • Compile marketing activation tactics into recap presentations for leadership review.
  • Leadership Expectations
  • Serve as a recognized leader on the team, holding cross-functional partners accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
  • Act as a proxy for leadership in meetings, confidently making decisions and representing the team's voice.
  • Maintain high visibility in both internal cross-functional meetings and external client-facing presentations.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience; background in marketing or retail is strongly preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Must have a solid understanding of retail go-to-market execution and digital/media strategies.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint are required.

Design Skills: Ability to assemble content and data into professional, well-designed presentation templates (creative asset design is not required).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Organization: Superior project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
