Provide hands-on leadership in delivering scalable and creative big data solutions to support the Nike business; plan and implement parallel processing technologies, advanced analytics, machine learning and deep learning techniques to support and accelerate new and evolving analytic solutions; serve as an authority to actively identify and solve critical, complex, high business-impact problems through new and improved application of technology for analytics solutions; work with key internal partners to define requirements, guide solutions and architectural vision, and prioritize team effort; lead and monitor cross-functional teams to deliver against a backlog established and groomed in partnership with business owner; and help elevate the team's data engineering practices through education, coaching and enforcement of best practices.
