IT Support Specialist - Tier I

Tier 1 - IT Support Technician

A local healthcare company in Bend, OR is hiring a Tier 1 IT Support Technician to join the team for a great long term opportunity. Will be required to drive own vehicle to different site locations around the Central Oregon area.

Job Description:

• Respond promptly and professionally to technical support requests related to workstations, email, printers, user accounts, passwords, and other IT systems.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with patience, clear communication, and thorough follow-up to ensure user satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on assistance and training to staff on hardware and software usage, organizational standards, and best practices.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize a range of IT assets including: desktop and laptop workstations, telephony systems, networked devices, and peripherals.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and deactivating user accounts, workstations, and phones.
• Assist in the deployment, evaluation, and enhancement of applications and hardware that support operational needs.

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of IT experience including exp with hardware support, peripheral support, imaging machines and installing new software, handling tickets, etc.
• Experience with Active Directory, O365, MS Suite and MS Teams
• MDM (Endpoint Central) experience is a plus
• Windows 11 Support experience
• Must have own vehicle to drive to different sites around the Central Oregon area (Mileage will be reimbursed)

Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Bend, OR.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
