IT Helpdesk Technician

A government company in SE Portland is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician to join the team for a great opportunity! Job Description: Provide customer service by phone and in-person – 30 calls daily and primarily phone support. Reset passwords in Active Directory. Enroll mobile devices in DUO. Install software on Windows and Mac devices (primarily Windows devices with some Macs). Assist customers with mobile devices (iPhones and iPads). Troubleshooting issues such as audio/microphone issues, failed software installs, VPN, etc. Answer questions about Google Workspace. Qualifications: Need to be a good personality/culture fit with strong customer service skills. 2-3+ years of IT Service Desk experience. Experience with Active Directory, SCCM and helpful to have knowledge with Intune and JAMF but not required. Plus to have experience with Google Workspace (will be using Google and not Microsoft 365 or Teams). Windows/Mac Installs, and supporting iPhones/iPads. Ability to follow standard operating procedures.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
