Top Skills' Details:
1. 5+ years of desktop or technical support in enterprise or MSP environments (troubleshooting, communication, customer service, escalated tickets experience)
2. In-depth knowledge and experience (3+ years) with Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, and MDM (mobile device management) platforms for iOS and Android
3. Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell script for support automation (3+ years)
Preferred Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
• CompTIA A+ or Network+

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, OR.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
