Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 1 to support Hospital Environmental Services departments at three locations in Oregon. The HRM may reside in Portland and must have the ability to travel to Columbia Gorge and Tillamook. The position will support up to 80 employees between three locations and be involved in day-to-day operations including recruiting, onboarding, and orientation. This is a highly administrative position so proficiency with computers is a must. A valid driver's license is also required.
Support, engage, and help retain staff, support managers and hourly employees with HR related tasks, work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems, demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization.
Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
