Opportunity Overview: You will join a group of dedicated, enthusiastic, and dynamic team players in the 'Memory Tester' Business Unit. Here, we design IC testers for the DRAM and FLASH memory market. As a Hardware Circuit Design Engineer, you will be responsible for concept-through-production design of analog and digital instruments for automated test equipment. The engineer will perform a variety of complex activities covering the design of new products, investigating customer-reported problems for root cause analysis, and implementing improvements in design, test, and/or operations.

  • BSEE, MSEE or equivalent
  • The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a circuit design engineer, with experience designing digital and analog board-level circuitry.
  • Experience with switching power supply design is a plus
  • Knowledge of Thermal & Mechanical fundamentals
  • PCB layout experience
  • Experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, ADS, Ansys)
  • Understanding of Transmission line application and High-Speed Design techniques
  • Strong communications skills. Ability to work with geographically dispersed multifunctional teams is important
  • Self-Starter

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $82,800- 132,500. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location. Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
