We're looking for a full-funnel marketing generalist who can drive growth across the entire customer journey, from first touch through long-term retention and expansion. This role combines lifecycle marketing, growth experimentation, and content development to help more users discover value in Datavant and continue deepening their engagement over time. You will partner closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product to create cohesive, insight-driven programs that move prospects and customers through the lifecycle. While this role does not own demand gen channels, you will support the growth engine through messaging, content, experimentation, and conversion-focused initiatives that amplify acquisition efforts and accelerate activation.
4–6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or full-funnel B2B marketing roles. Proven ability to design, write, and execute lifecycle and growth programs that improve activation, retention, and expansion. Experience partnering with Demand Gen on acquisition-focused initiatives without directly owning channels. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling messages. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Analytical, curious, and experimentation-minded, comfortable using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes. Excitement about working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
