The Work:

• Collaborate with product managers to balance business, technology, and design priorities.
• Responsible for executing the strategy for the area of responsibility based on client and company needs.
• Requires the ability to understand strategic impacts but concentrates on the day-to-day details in order to ensure tactical execution.
• Lead the delivery team's priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
• Align with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the delivery teams.
• Deliver new experiences by working directly with delivery, experience design, business, and operations partners.
• Author and maintain the team's backlog of user stories and serve as a subject matter expert on features, user stories, and product capabilities.
• Perform triage on critical issues and communicate consistently and clearly with all concerned parties.
• Serve as a key resource to development team to answer questions, provide clarifications, and conduct and coordinate business validation.
• Travel may be required for this role.

What You Need:

• A minimum of 10 years of banking, financial services, or trust work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of leading cross functional (business and technology) teams.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience).

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

Role Location Annual Salary Range: California $94,400 to $266,300, Cleveland $87,400 to $213,000, Colorado $94,400 to $230,000, District of Columbia $100,500 to $245,000, Illinois $87,400 to $230,000, Maryland $94,400 to $230,000, Massachusetts $94,400 to $245,000, Minnesota $94,400 to $230,000, New York/New Jersey $87,400 to $266,300, Washington $100,500 to $245,000.
