PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a dedicated Facilities Support professional to ensure our workplace is clean, safe, and welcoming. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our facility, helping create an environment where employees and visitors feel comfortable and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas, including lobbies, restrooms, offices, conference rooms, lunchrooms, and public spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying trash, and waxing floors as needed.
• Stock and maintain supplies in cleanrooms, storage areas, and restrooms.
• Identify potential safety hazards and report them promptly to the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure all doors, windows, and entrances/exits are securely closed and locked at the end of each shift.
• Operate and maintain janitorial equipment; training provided for automated floor scrubbers.
• Complete assignments efficiently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong sense of integrity, pride in your work, and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently.
• Experience operating janitorial equipment.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn software systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.
• Some experience in building maintenance or repairs.

Work Environment:

This role requires working in a clean room environment, which prohibits the use of perfumes or colognes.

Pay Details:

$20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
