Responsibilities:

• Share production updates and availability information with brokers and sales teams.
• Serve as a bridge between buyers or brokers and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
• Address customer feedback promptly, documenting responses for continuous improvement.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, providing timely support.
• Handle email correspondence professionally to resolve queries and provide updates.
• Perform order entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong skills in data entry and order processing.
• Experience with email correspondence to address inquiries and provide solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word for documentation and communication.
