A national company that designs, manufactures, and markets electronic components is interested in hiring a Customer Account Coordinator to help support their team in Tualatin, Oregon! This position will be supporting customers with the pre and post sales support. This is a long term opportunity with a hybrid work schedule, Mon - Wed in office with Thu/Fri being remote!
The Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for dealing with both pre- and post-sales support to customers and Regional Sales Managers in their region. This person is the first point of contact for both internal and external customers to resolve customer-related issues/queries, such as deliveries and expedites.
