Intake Coordinator

Multiple roles available. Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. In this role, applicants would be employed through Kelly, the Managed Service Provider for Genentech's Contingent Workforce, to work on a Genentech assignment.

Location: Portland. It is preferred that candidates reside in Portland or within 50 miles of Portland.

Work Arrangement: For the first 6 months, the role will be hybrid (3 days a week on site). After that period, depending on performance and business needs, this role may have the opportunity to switch to fully remote.

Your Opportunity: The Intake Coordinator is a liaison between people and resources, connecting internal and external customers to the necessary information, products, or services. They review data from referral sources and enroll patient information into the internal ASPS system accurately and timely. They also aid and support multiple cross-portfolio department projects as needed. The Intake Coordinator is an Individual Contributor and reports to an Access Solutions Supervisor.

Who You Are:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of data entry experience preferred.
  • The expected salary range for this position, based on the locations of California is $26 per hour and Oregon is $23 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
