As a CBRE Business Services Analyst, you will provide essential support to the business services team by performing a variety of administrative and analytical tasks. You will assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, ensuring the smooth operation of business processes.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of 2+ years experience and education will be considered. Some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience of applying them. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Services Analyst position is $55,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Services Analyst position is $65,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
