We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand, helping customers find the best product fit for their needs. You'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing personalized, non-scripted support that reflects our commitment to quality and care.
Key Responsibilities:
The first three weeks of the job are training in a classroom setting Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm. Contractors cannot miss any time during 3 week of classroom training. During peak-season (Nov 2025-Feb 2026), the call center is open 5am-8pm Mon - Sun. We are hiring for the closing shift. This is a seasonal role through February 6th. We had a handful of consultants convert last year.
