Supervisor for Anesthesia Technicians and Operating Room Support Staff

Supervisor for Anesthesia Technicians and other Operating Room Support Staff at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. This is a full-time, day shift position. Work hours are 0600-1430, Monday-Friday with standby required as needed up to 1 weekend a month, plus holidays per department needs.

Supervises and coordinates Main OR Ancillary Staff activities. Responsible for staff scheduling, planning and organizing work priorities, and troubleshooting and solving departmental issues. Participates in hiring, and disciplinary processes.

Required qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience
  • 3 years of Operating room experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of Leadership experience
