Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing inbound phone calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating office supply inventory, utilizing Microsoft Teams for effective communication, handling scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Outlook, providing administrative support for various office tasks and special projects, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and assisting with organizing meetings and preparing necessary materials.
Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication, experience with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management, a strong background in administrative assistance with attention to detail, knowledge of mail processing procedures, familiarity with supply management and inventory control, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
