Oracle Fusion Bi Report & Analytics Developer

The Oracle Fusion BI Report & Analytics Developer will be a crucial member of the Business Intelligence team, responsible for delivering robust, accurate, and insightful reporting solutions across the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform (HCM, ERP, Financials, SCM, etc.). This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle's reporting toolset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather business reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop custom reports and data models using BIP, OTBI, and SQL/PL-SQL.

Ensure report accuracy, performance, and adherence to security policies.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications:

3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting tools (BIP, OTBI).

Strong proficiency in SQL.

Familiarity with Fusion application data structures and subject areas.

Customer facing experience

Good knowledge on AI tool and uses
