As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will build trusted advisor relationships with all levels of management across assigned client groups (including global reporting groups). Partner with client business units to apply HR management principles and knowledge to establish rapport, trust, confidence, and credibility with management and employees. Additionally, this position may be expected to play HR project manager role, responsible for the project management and delivery of strategic HR work streams resulting from the HR review that has been conducted recently. In this case, s/he will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing various projects across various business units by working closely with the Head of HR, other HR Business Partners, and HR Managers in other countries.
