Product Marketing Manager
Oracle is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to orchestrate global product and feature introductions for the Oracle AI Database portfolio. In this high-visibility role, you'll collaborate closely with product management and development to manage a global product and feature launch calendar and ensure the requisite content assets are delivered on time in support of general availability and launch events for external constituencies. This role includes both content creation in support of new product and feature launches and management and orchestration of key launch components, including Build of Materials (BOM) development.
We are looking for a results-driven product marketing leader with a proven track record of launching high profile products in dynamic B2B environments. Marketing content generation will be a core focus of this role. You will leverage your deep understanding of cloud database requirements, AI and data, data platforms, agentic AI, technical acumen, and business expertise to clearly communicate complex ideas and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will develop compelling internal and external digital content, collaborating with product development, field marketing, business development, and digital campaign teams to achieve marketing and business goals. Extensive knowledge of AI, cloud databases, data platforms, generative AI, agentic AI, ML and large language models—paired with the ability to deliver high-impact marketing content with minimal supervision and with exceptional attention to detail—will position you for success in this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and product marketing executives to implement high-impact product launches—including content, promotion, and seller enablement to accelerate product awareness, consideration, adoption, and growth.
- Manage the Oracle AI Database portfolio product and feature launch calendar, ensuring all launch components are delivered on time in support of organizational objectives
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, value-driven narratives and create high-impact messaging and assets—including presentations for product launch materials, customers, sales, and executive leadership, digital campaign content, and customer success stories—that clearly demonstrate the business value of Oracle AI Database.
- Pair deep technical knowledge with market intelligence to anticipate trends, influence product and marketing directions, and educate key constituencies on the advantages of Oracle AI Database.
- Measure, analyze, and report initiative outcomes to senior leadership, using insights to continuously improve marketing investments and business impact.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and strategically prioritize multiple tasks while coordinating activities across multiple marketing, development, field, and sales organizations. Ability to parallel process multiple projects with minimal supervision is key to this role.
- 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally at a leading cloud provider, within cloud database, data, AI, or ML domains (preferably for enterprise products).
- Deep understanding of cloud database technologies, generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, ML, and data management. Direct experience marketing cloud-based database or AI-driven data platform products strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to independently develop high-impact marketing assets—including customer presentations, product launch materials, and product or feature blogs—for both customer-facing and executive audiences, often on short notice.
- Prior success in leading global product launches for enterprise cloud products, and marketing campaigns—including distilling complex ideas into compelling content, webinars, and events for a multitude of audiences across industries and geographies.
- Strong background in market analysis, competitor research, and mapping strategic messaging to customer requirements.
- The aptitude and desire to work on both strategic programs and tactical implementations.
