This Senior Manager, Oracle Health Government Services (OHGS) position is responsible for leading the performance improvement segment of the Value Realization practice, overseeing performance improvement consultants and learning/program developers. They will guide strategic conversations surrounding performance improvement and key metrics, ensure the execution of critical events and deliverables, and lead value realization efforts across VA sites.
This manager-level position provides operational leadership for Value Realization and VITAL activities, ensuring strategic conversations surrounding performance improvement are aligned with the Value Realization Framework. The Senior Manager oversees teams that identify performance improvement opportunities impacting operational metrics, as well as individuals who design, plan, and facilitate the VITAL program.
The role emphasizes people leadership, portfolio accountability, and executive engagement, ensuring Oracle Health delivers measurable improvements in productivity, adoption, safety, and veteran outcomes across the Federal EHR program.
