We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SDR Manager to lead our high-performing Sales Development team in the ASEAN region. This role is pivotal in driving pipeline generation, team development, and regional revenue growth.
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales development leadership, strong coaching skills, deep understanding of SDR process and tools, credible stakeholder management and a track record of delivering measurable pipeline impact
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of highly skilled SDRs, fostering skill development, performance excellence, and career growth.
Drive pipeline creation and opportunity generation, ensuring alignment with regional revenue goals.
Monitor and manage key KPIs, including outreach activity, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Implement training, enablement programs, and process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with sales leadership to align strategies, ensure consistent messaging, and optimize the lead-to-opportunity process.
