About the role
OpusClip Canada is seeking a Growth Engineer who combines strong product sense with scrappy 0→1 engineering skills to drive product-led growth. This role is equal parts growth strategy and hands-on building: you'll deeply understand our users, identify growth opportunities, and rapidly prototype and ship solutions across multiple tech stacks. Expect to work on mini tools, integration apps, SEO/GEO experiments, and mobile features (mobile engineering experience is a strong plus). We're looking for someone self-driven, resourceful, and impact-obsessed, who thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment. This is a high-ownership role with a timeline to hire by early November through end of year, with emphasis on finding the right fit over urgency.
