The Vice President, AI Solution Engineering & Delivery is a strategic technical leader responsible for enabling external clients to adopt and scale AI-powered solutions. Reporting to the Head of AI Product, this role leads a multidisciplinary team of solution engineers and delivery professionals who design, architect, and implement high-impact AI solutions across payer and provider ecosystems.

This role bridges product strategy, client engagement, and technical execution - translating complex AI capabilities into scalable, client-ready solutions. It contributes to shaping and executing the AI delivery roadmap in alignment with enterprise strategy and requires deep technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a passion for operational excellence. The role also involves close collaboration with senior internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between solution delivery and enterprise priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting early-stage client engagements and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Proven experience in leading AI-focused solution engineering
• Commercial experience with AI products, including deployment, integration, and client engagement
• Solid background in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery teams and manage complex implementations
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries
• Experience with reusable architecture frameworks and solution accelerators
• Familiarity with commercialization models and platform transitions
