Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and manage high performing Java/J2EE applications
• Propose innovative solutions for the existing problems of the product
• Constantly look at performance and security aspects and propose architectural solutions for security vulnerabilities
• Propose and implement best in class architectural solutions for big and complex systems
• Define and create architecture design documents and discuss different pros and cons of any particular approach with Architecture council
• Develop detailed design specifications, data mapping and data transformation rules as per product need
• Develop pioneering approaches to emerging technology and industry trends
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
• Participation in design reviews, test case reviews, and production support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision
• Develop innovative approaches on performance optimization and automation
• Support QA, UAT and release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance
• Provide technology leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever required
• Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders
• Usage of AI tools like GitHub Copilot, M365
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech/MCA/Msc/MTech (Minimum 16 years of formal education)
• Solid hands-on experience in React, SpringBoot, Spring, Hibernate, WebServices
• Solid hands-on experience in JUnit or equivalent framework
• Solid hands-on experience in PL/SQL and Oracle database
• Solid working with Java/J2EE technologies
• Deep knowledge/hands-on experience in designing, developing and maintaining high performing scalable platform architecture for Java/J2EE applications
• Hands-on in using design patterns
• Good knowledge of Linux and Linux based tools
• Ability to build automation tools such as Hudson and/or Jenkins
• Ability to build tools such as Maven, ANT or equivalent
• Source control tools such as Git, GitHub, SVN or equivalent Ability to perform functional, regression and system integration tests
• Good work experience in using test automation tools
• Knowledge of AI tools like GitHub Copilot, M365
• Solid technological skills in any object oriented technologies with good end to end lifecycle implementation
