Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems leveraging LLMs, tools, memory, and orchestration layers
• Architect multi agent workflows for complex business processes (planning, execution, reflection loops)
• Develop autonomous decision making agents with human in the loop controls and exception handling
• Implement LLM based reasoning patterns (ReAct, Plan Execute Reflect, Tool augmented agents)
• Lead development of agent orchestration frameworks and task delegation mechanisms
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and tools securely
• Build RAG pipelines optimized for agent memory, long term context, and retrieval accuracy
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and observability of agentic systems in production
• Apply Responsible AI principles: safety, bias mitigation, explainability, auditability, and governance
• Conduct model evaluation, agent behavior testing, and failure mode analysis
• Own end to end ML lifecycle: experimentation - deployment - monitoring - optimization
• Collaborate with Product, TPMs, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver enterprise grade solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI engineering best practices and standards
• Drive reuse of agent components, reference architectures, and accelerators across teams

Required Qualifications:

• Computer Science Graduate, MCA, BE, BTech. preferably someone who did master in Data Science
• Solid hands-on expertise in Python and ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent frameworks
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and event driven architectures Proficiency in MLOps: CI/CD, model serving, monitoring, drift detection
