As a full-time Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead the rehabilitation services department. This position provides leadership, management, and oversight of therapists across multiple sites, including acute care and outpatient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities include leading the rehab team, managing KPIs, completing comprehensive analyses, managing marketing and business growth plans, and providing clinical skills education. Goals include successful completion of TJC accreditation, marketing and growth of rehab programs, and managing fiscal year budgets and growth projections.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Licensed in good standing as a physical, occupational or speech therapist in the State of Florida
• 5+ years of recent Director of Rehabilitation experience, preferably in an inpatient hospital setting
• Demonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with professional organizations

Hospital Requirements:

• Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity for Varicella
• Hepatitis B3 Series or declination
• Influenza vaccination required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
• Covid-19 vaccination or weekly testing

Preferred Qualification:

• Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration

If the hired individual resides in Florida, this position requires the AHCA Level II background check by the State of Florida for all clinicians with direct face to face contact with members or employees who will have access to confidential patient data.

Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment.
