Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, court dates, and internal deadlines for three attorneys.
• Court Schedule Management: Monitoring court schedules and composing or updating case calendars.
• Email & File Management: Triage and manage attorney inboxes, organizing thousands of emails, and maintaining inbox cleanliness.
• Legal Document Drafting: Prepare and format legal correspondence, memos, and other litigation documents as needed.
• Legal Support: Apply knowledge of federal labor law and litigation to assist attorneys in daily tasks.
• Communication: Use Microsoft Teams for all internal communication; WhatsApp for urgent coordination.

• Clio (Legal Practice Management Software)

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, EA, or Paralegal (preferably in employment/labor law or litigation).
• Familiarity with Clio or similar legal practice management systems.
• Understanding of federal employment law and litigation processes is required.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly trustworthy with a strong understanding of confidentiality standards
