We are seeking a self-motivated Product Engineer to strengthen our Delivery unit sitting between Product and (Technical) Customer Success. You'll play a pivotal role in assuring that our clients' use our product to the full potential, acting as the primary point of contact post-sale, leading the customer onboarding, coaching users and providing guidance to clients & users of Optiml on a day-to-day basis. Further, you will support in Product development to close the client feedback loop. You become the expert for the intimate details of our software, helping our clients to meet their financial & decarbonization goals.

Real estate is one of the key levers for decarbonization, and it's time to act. Optiml is fast-growing AI startup with a mission to revolutionize investment decisions towards sustainability. We spun out of ETH Zurich in fall 2022 and raised money from top-notch US & EU funds: Innovation Endeavors (San Francisco β fund of former Google CEO Eric Schmidt) and Planet A (Berlin). Since then, we have rolled out our product across DACH + UK and raised $6M in the last 18mo, now with the team being 20 across Zurich and Munich. We have won major awards in real estate and have a vision to create a new software category of Real Estate Decision Intelligence. Thus, we need your technical knowledge and skills to onboard & run buildings through our software to generate optim(a)l asset & portfolio decarbonization strategies - to convince future clients of our value-add. You will have great responsibilities from day 1: from creating custom strategies to assuring quality results as well as presenting and discussing in client meetings.
Our software is powerful! But only after initial configuration. Thus, we need you to support the initial onboarding of our users to the platform, train users on how to navigate successfully, and how to best integrate into existing systems and workflows. You will stay their primary contact post-sales, explaining and/or fixing issues directly yourself and thereby helping people on a daily basis, ensuring user satisfaction. This includes:
