Selling and advising end customers directly in the store for telecommunications and energy contracts brings you joy?

Then you are in the right place. We are a unique comparison portal (Netzagentur in POS) for all electricity, gas, TV, mobile, and internet providers in retail (POS). We carry all brands and networks in the store and work in a comparative and optimizing way for our customers. At the same time, we can serve every customer from any provider, as we practically combine all known shops (e.g. O2, Vodafone, Mobilcom, 1&1, Congstar, etc.) in one location.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

  • You are the competent contact person for telecommunications and energy contracts for our customers at the point of sale.
  • Together with your colleagues, you ensure a professional, serious, service-oriented, and sustainable consultation of private and commercial end consumers.
  • With the aim of sustainable customer care, you establish and pursue a concept for acquiring new customers and the systematic development and care of existing customers.
  • You keep up to date with our diverse product range and current market trends and take a strong position especially in sales.
  • You learn to apply, design, and optimize the internal organizational processes.
  • You are responsible for the sales implementation of the optimal store concept and the achievement of the set sales targets.

Qualifications

Your qualifications:

  • You are a tech-enthusiast salesperson, preferably with a completed commercial vocational training and have the motivation to achieve the best possible results together with the team.
  • You have several years of professional experience in retail, sales, call center, or ideally in a comparable position in the telecommunications industry and have already proven your sales-oriented thinking and behavior there.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills characterize you. Likewise, a high level of loyalty, independence, and initiative.
