Description
OPPO US Research Center is seeking a talented and experienced AI engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing AI algorithms on cloud.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and evaluate LLM-powered agents, tools, and orchestration approaches to enable complex multi-step reasoning and automation.
- Design, develop, and optimize inference stage techniques such as RAG, CoT, and Prompt Engineering to guide LLM behavior and ensure consistent, reliable outputs.
- Develop frameworks and tools to benchmark and evaluate advanced LLM capabilities across different scenarios and datasets.
- Build and maintain data pipelines grounded in real-world business scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production workflows.
