We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Corporate Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving our trade show strategy and execution (40%) and website management and optimization (40%), with the remaining time supporting broader corporate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader with deep experience in event marketing and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Show Strategy & Execution (40%)
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of trade show programs across key markets.
- Develop long-term event plans aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Manage internal logistics, cross-functional coordination, and external vendor relationships.
- Manage and coordinate internal preparation meetings and coordinate all logistics, while onsite at tradeshows (before, during and after)
- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure impactful presence and ROI.
- Website Management & Optimization (40%)
- Lead website strategy, structure, and content planning to support brand and demand generation goals.
- Oversee routine site maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring.
- Implement SEO/UX best practices and collaborate with design and development teams.
- Ensure website aligns with corporate messaging and marketing campaigns.
- General Corporate Marketing Support (20%)
- Contribute to brand initiatives, campaign execution, and cross-channel marketing efforts.
- Support analytics and reporting for trade shows and website performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand experience.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in corporate marketing, including event marketing and website management.
- Proven success managing large-scale trade shows and website operations.
- Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), SEO tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Pay Range: P70-USA-1: $130,850.00 - $186,900.00
Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
