This will be a remote role to start, with plans to transition to hybrid in-office 2x/week located in downtown Toronto.

We're seeking a hands-on, execution-driven leader to execute our AI platform strategy and scale our AI capabilities across the enterprise. As Principal, GenAI Solution Engineer, you'll be OpenTable's AI platform champion: evaluating cutting-edge GenAI platforms, architecting scalable automation solutions, and enabling teams across the organization to harness AI productively and securely.
This role combines platform engineering, technical program management, and strategic leadership. You'll be responsible for platform decisions affecting 1300+ employees.
In this role, you'll drive measurable impact through strategic platform decisions and cross-functional execution. Your first year will focus on establishing OpenTable as a leader in AI-powered operational excellence through platform selection, pilot implementation, and scalable adoption across departments. Success means enabling teams to work more efficiently while maintaining security and governance standards.

Benefits and Perks
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Toronto, Canada based role is $155,000-$185,000 CAD.

This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
