Role and responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and finance office team targets on a consistent basis.
• Targets including but not limited to: monthly delivered vehicle volume, gross profit targets, products sold per contract, closing receivable accounts, minimize contracts in transit… etc.
• Work with ORAG approved lenders to secure financing, retrieve finance information, payout loans.
• Ensure all relevant documentation is completed in its entirety and without error.
• Position sales product relevant to customer needs and achieve monthly product sales goals.
• Establish methods and procedures to accomplish above planned objectives.
• Ensure departmental processes are followed such as, complete documentation, ensuring all relevant information is communicated by and to appropriate individuals/colleagues.
• Must follow company safety policies and practices. Immediately report any and all accidents to Sales Manager.
• This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.
