Monitor data integrity across systems and escalate data issues to appropriate team.
Identify duplicate data and parent duplicates to provide unique opportunities and TAM to Sales Team.
Assist with Lead Generation Data Scrubbing and assignment.
Triage Tier 1 Support Cases regarding Data and Out of Business.
Vet Dealer Group and membership and tag appropriately.
Map acquired data to existing platform data through Salesforce.
Utilize standard process for data stewardship and leverage internal and external tools to validate.
Audit current deals and fee programming.
Must be proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Slack and experience with using Domo Dashboards and Reports to drill down into data.
Ability to input data into Google Sheets and Salesforce.
Ability to create cases in Slack and email. Monitor status and continue the process after cases are completed.
Excellent time management and prioritization of efforts based on impact to business.
All other duties assigned.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proficient in MS Office, intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
Strong CRM skills (preferably Salesforce).
Must exhibit strong team player attributes with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to work independently, but maintaining close communication with the Sales Ops Team.
